When Forever 21 first put up their spring and summer items I wasn’t that impressed with them this season until I saw this dress.
As I’m sitting here typing this post there are flurries outside my window…in mid-March. I don’t know about you guys, but I’m so over it and ready to for flowers to start growing, windows open, and wearing cute spring outfits again. It feels like the winter is never ending!
